Kenyan news media house Nation's TV station, alias NTV Kenya has reportedly lost in @ntvkenya Twitter account. NTV's Twitter account is as from a few hours ago non-existent and cannot be found on the platform.

The @ntvkenya account on Twitter boasted over 4.3 million followers, making the loss a huge setback for the media company at a time when legacy media companies are suffering due to the prevalence of digital media. The account was also 14 years old as NTV joined Twitter in 2009. NTV, like other Kenyan media houses, relies heavily on its Twitter account to disseminate information and send traffic to its various digital platforms.

What Happened to NTV's Twitter Account?

NTV's Twitter account seems to have been deleted and this was likely the result of a social media hack.
